Collaborated with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and leadership teams to define requirements, review solutions, and drive product readiness. Facilitated product planning, design review sessions, backlog refinement, sprint activities, testing, and stakeholder feedback cycles throughout the development process.

Digital Innovators Fellowship Program – UK Tech Hub & Peoples Practice June 2025 – August 2025 Trained and mentored 20+ fellows on advanced product management practices, equipping them with the skills to build, scale, and manage digital products. Delivered sessions on Agile methodologies, roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, user research, go-to-market strategies, and product growth metrics. Facilitated hands-on workshops, case studies, and capstone projects bridging theory with real-world application. Taught fellows how to leverage AI tools (Lovable & Bolt.new) to design, prototype, and build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) faster and more efficiently. Supported fellows in developing practical product strategies tailored to the African digital ecosystem, while aligning with global best practices.
